Crystal holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Fisk University, as well as Master of Science degrees in Technology Management and Homeland Security Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is also a certified Executive Leadership Coach through Georgetown University and currently serves as a senior leader in the federal government.
