I felt directionless and without a purpose. I had a difficult time discovering what path to take for my life. Then I had an opportunity to work with an amazing life coach, Crystal. She has challenged me to ask myself the tough questions and look for ways to take life from a different perspective. With daily affirmations, prayer and spiritual support accompanied with encouraging me to journal and put my thoughts on paper, she has aided me in discovering a new pathway to seeking my purpose. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I felt lost and unsure of how to move forward. Facing stage 2 HER 2 positive breast cancer diagnosis was overwhelming; however, Crystal helped me find my way. My life coaching experience with her was nothing short of life-altering and she was an answered prayer. I am forever grateful for her leadership, support, and the strength she helped me find.

Before working with Crystal, I was extremely afraid of vulnerability. I allowed perfectionism to take over many areas of my life, especially in my work and relationships. I thought I had to have it all together to be worthy, but she helped me realize that my name is Faith, not Fear.

Through our time together, she has gently helped me navigate the parts of myself I once rejected. Piece by piece, she guided me through my imperfections with grace and patience, helping me find the acceptance I’ve always longed for reassurance not from the others, but within myself.

Whether it was through affirmations, walking me through life transitions step by step, holding me accountable for my growth, or offering thought-provoking questions that stayed with me long after our sessions, she consistently shows up for me.
